From the meet document:

Fees: $4.00 per individual event for all entries plus an $8.00 per swimmer surcharge. There are no refunds for entering too many events, scratching events, or not participating in the meet once registered.

Entries: Swimmers may compete in a maximum of four (4) individual events per day on Saturday and Sunday; two (2) events per swimmer on Friday; for a total maximum of ten (10) events plus relays during the meet.
