MONDAY - PICTURE DAY - June 19th @ 5:30pm @ Nelson Pool

1. We are your competition black Suits and Jammers
2. Make sure hair is sprayed down and secure, these are outdoor pictures. 
3. We will do individual and a large team photo. 
4. Even if you do not plan to buy photos, please come for the ALL team photo. 
5. No Practice for Levels 1-2, Level 3-4 will practice after photos

WEDNESDAY - Dual with Paradise at Nelson, Warmups 5:30pm, Meet 6pm - FREE

1. Registration closes Monday at 5pm. Register ASAP

2. Volunteers!!!!! - We need ALL HANDS ON DECK as this is a home meet. Please register to help. If your child is swimming you need to pick a job. 
3. We will have a snack bar for dinner type items to purchase. 
4. Bring Canopies and chairs to hang out in the grass. 
5. Bring Caps, Goggles, Competition Suits, Towels, Sunscreen, Water
6. Mini's should be able to swim the 75% of the race without needing assistance of the lane lines. 

FRIDAY - SUNDAY - Invitationals at Gridley and Durham

1. Register by Tuesday @ 5pm

2. Need Cap, Goggles, Competition Suit, Towel, Water, Sunscreen, Sharpie
   1. Optional, Snacks, Money for Snack Bar, Money for Shirts and Sweatshirts, etc.
3. Bring Canopies, Camping Chairs, Misters, Lawn Mats, Etc or share with another family.
4. At the Meet Board Members:
   1. Gridley - Jackie Glover, James Wood, Jennifer Martin, Sarah Pierce, Brianna Corkin
   2. Durham - Korilyn McBride, Amber Marron
5. When you arrive at the Meet, check in with the coaches and then look for other Orca families to start setting up the Orca Tent Area. This allows us to keep an eye on each others kids and support/cheer each others kids on as a Team. Go Orcas!

SWIM FUNDRAISER - June 26th - 5-9pm (Fundraiser 1 of 2)

1. Kids swim for up to 2 hours. This is for the entire team. If your mini wants to participate, encourage them to try it. 
2. We will have popsicles for all kids who swim. 
3. Adults track their swimmers laps, bring a chair, maybe a canopy. 
4. Attend by Swimmers last name - A-L 5-7pm, M-Z 7-9pm
5. Funds due by no later than Monday, July 3rd. - Give them to Treasurer Jackie, or President James. Both will be at the Fundraiser. 
6. Check the Fundraising letter for prizes that can be earned. 

FIREWORKS BOOTH - June 28 - July 4th (Fundraiser 2 of 2)

This is our largest fundraiser of the Year. It helps to keep our costs as low as they are and we need NEW Lane Lines. These funds also help us to pay our coaches, pay for our facility, insurance, dues, equipment, etc.

1. Please sign up for at least one shift. If you have time for more, we'd be forever grateful. Our all volunteer board appreciates your help. Its easy and fun.

   2. No kids under 18 in the booth (State Law, we can get shut down.) We typically bring chairs for our kids and they hang out right outside the doors. Where we can still see them. 
   3. Choose your shifts early to get the shifts you want. 
2. Our booth is located by A1 Appliance. Please tell all your friends and family to shop at our booth. 
3. Open June 28th - July 4th or until fireworks sell out. 
4. LPO Band will be selling lemonade and other things a few of the days that we are open. 
5. Bring Chairs and water with you when you volunteer. And maybe a tablet or something for your kiddo.
