****NVAL HOTEL DEADLINE TOMORROW ****

NVAL Hotel reservations need to be made by tomorrow, June 28th. We Strongly Recommend Attending NVAL's. Swimmers compete against only Seasonal Swimmers (no year around like regular invitationals), almost all of our swimmers break PR's at NVAL's, there's about 600 swimmers, and 20 teams. Its a great experience and fun weekend.

WHERE: Oxford Suite

WHEN: June 27-30th (Thursday Night - Sunday)

OPTIONS: Free breakfast each morning, swimming pool on site

1. Executive King Suite - $130 a night (1 king bed, living room with non-pull out couch)
2. Executive Queens suite - $150 a night (2 queen beds, living room with non-pull out couch)

RESERVATIONS: 1(530) 221-0100 and mention Oroville Orcas Swim Team 2023 to get the above rates.

DEADLINE: June 28th - The hotel is holding rooms for us until June 28th. After this time they will not hold them. If you call after this date and rooms are still available they will let you have the above rates still but its unlikely that rooms will be available. Over 600 kids attend this meet usually and other teams also book at our hotel. We recommend calling asap to book.

BENEFITS: Booking at the team hotel allows the kids to play together at night at the pool, in rooms (if the adults allow), easy dinner plan coordination and free breakfast. Additionally the rooms are all suites so there is more room for larger families.

FIREWORKS BOOTH - June 28th - July 4th

2. Receive a ticket for a drawing for a FREE 49er package for each volunteer shift your family takes. (2 people equals 2 tickets x 2 different shifts = 4 tickets). Drawing will happen on July 2nd. 
3. Tell Everyone you know to buy from the Orca's Booth - Located next to A1 Appliance. 
4. Each $50 purchased of fireworks, gets 1 ticket into a drawing for a FREE 49er package. Will draw winner on July 2nd at 2pm. 
5. LPO Band is selling lemonade during some of the shifts.
