Registration is now open for the 2025 Swim Season. We are excited to welcome our returning families back to meet our new swimmers. The coaches will be conducting swim testing the week of May 5th this year before kicking off the season. Information on this years parents meeting will be provided closer to the season.

Are you interested in being a Sponsor? 

We are looking for sponsors for the upcoming season. If interested or if your work may sponsor, please reach out and we will get you a sponsor letter to consider sponsoring the team. Our is only able to continue from year to year because of our generous sponsors. 

Officials and Board Members

Both Officials and Board Members are vital to the sustainability of our team. 

We are in need of 2-3 officials. 

• These individuals volunteer at our meets to be Stroke and Turn Judges. 
• All training is provided and no swim experience is needed to participate in this rewarding opportunity. 
• Without our team providing officials at meets our swimmers will still be able to participate but will be ineligible for ribbons and metals. 

We need 1-2 board members. 

• These individuals volunteer to ensure all Orca operations are managed.
• We are looking for someone who is committed to volunteering their time and energy year around to make sure the team operates smoothly for years to come. 
  • During the season this is typically 5-10 hrs. a week (mainly during practices or meets) and in the off season about 2 hours a month. 
• Our board team is a cohesive and dedicated group of parents who volunteer because we love our swimmers and we understand the value of competitive swimming.
